This Week:

• Monday 7:45-10:45am:  Flu shots, for students with completed forms.
• Monday 8:30am:  5^th Grade IOWA Gifted & Talented (GT) test.
• Tuesday 8:30am:  5^th Grade IOWA GT test.
• Wednesday 8:30am:  5^th Grade IOWA GT test.
• Wednesday 4-5pm:  Boys’ basketball try outs.
• Thursday 10:45am-1:45pm:  Join your student for Thanksgiving Lunch in the cafeteria.
• Thursday 4-5pm:  Boys’ basketball try outs.
• Thursday 4:00-5:30pm:  Fun with Teachers Fundraiser 4^th Grade Karaoke & Cupcakes—Join our 4^th Grade teachers for a fun event after school. Our 4th Grade teachers are seeking singers for Karaoke & Cupcakes. Limited to the first six students who sign up:  $25 per student. Please sign-up and support our teachers’ fundraising. Four spots remain.
• Thursday:  8^th Grade—DC Trip Deadline to register and pay deposit for Washington D.C. trip.
• Friday:  Free Dress for Box Top Contest Winners—Ms. Pham’s Class
• Friday 9:30-11:00am:  PK Thanksgiving Workshop.
• Friday 1:15-1:45pm:  6^th-8^th Grades Fun Food Friday lunch.
• Friday:  PK report cards and Middle School progress reports go home.
• Saturday 2-4pm:  Fun with Teachers Fundraiser PreK Teachers Puppy Play Date—The PreK teachers are bringing their dogs for a fantastic play date with their current and former students. Limited to the first six students who sign up:  $20 per student. All grade levels may sign up. Please sign-up and support our teachers’ fundraising. Two spots remain open.

November Highlights:

• Monday-Friday November 19-23:  No school during Thanksgiving holidays.
• Tuesday November 27 4-9pm:  Family Night Out fundraiser at Luna Pizzeria (7705 Westheimer location). 20% of proceeds go to BCS when you mention Briarmeadow when ordering.

Fun with Teachers Fundraisers:

• This year our teachers are volunteering their time to plan & host fun events for our students to help raise funds for our school. Please support their fundraisers by signing up your student.

• What:     A fun time with singing and sweet treats

• What:    A play date with the teachers’ puppies
• Who:     Hosted by our PreK Grade teachers:  Mrs. Andress & Mrs. Ramos

• (4) Weird Science

• When:    Saturday December 1 10:00am-12:00 noon
• What:     Be a lab assistant and do fun science experiments
• Who:      Hosted by our Science Enrichment teacher:  Mrs. Carlson
