End of Fall Fundraiser
All cookie dough orders and chocolates money are due October 26. Buy-outs are due October 31.
Elementary sells World’s Finest Chocolates. Each student is required to sell 2 boxes of chocolates or 4 boxes per family. $60 per box. Money is due by October 26.
Middle School sells Otis Spunkmeyer cookie dough. Each student is required to sell 8 items or 16 items per family. Orders are due by October 26.
If the minimum is not sold, the full buyout must be paid (no partial credit). The Fall buyout is $60 per student or $120 per family. Buyout payments are due by October 31.
To get a box of chocolates, complete and sign the form and return it to school. Then one box will go to your student or you may pick it up.
