- 2018-2019 Code of Student Conduct, included in Charter Chatter #1
- Student Media Consent and Release Form, included in Charter Chatter #1
- 2018-2019 Family Survey, included in Charter Chatter #2
- Socioeconomic Information Form, light blue form handed out at the Front Desk during Round-Ups and Meet the Teacher events
