Stretch ‘n Grow’s Dancing Stars after school enrichment class will perform their end of the semester recital on Tuesday December 18 in the Multi-Purpose Room. The performance should begin around 4:45.
Families New to Dance Class This Semester-
Coach Caitlin will bring the parts of the costume provided by Stretch ‘n Grow on the day of the recital. Sometime before the recital we should get an email with instructions on hair styling and what parts of the costume families need to provide (usually shoes and a certain color leggings or tights). One family member for each dancer usually arrives at dismissal time to Cluster C (where they have class) to help with getting dressed, doing hair buns, etc. In addition to hair styling supplies, it’s a good idea to bring safety pins in case the costumes are roomy. Some girls wear lipstick and makeup for the recital. When everyone’s dressed, Coach Caitlin huddles the dancers to talk about the performance; then they move to the Multi-Purpose Room.
